The Diet Solution – Can You Really Lose Weight With This System?

As a fitness and weight loss coach I get asked all the time about all different types of weight loss programs, systems, pills and potions and there are plenty of fat loss programs and fitness machine and gadgets to go around.

This is basically a more extreme version of the Diet Solution program and is for people who are serious about losing weight fast, tone and shape their body!  As far as I am concerned this is a must for any real, effective weight loss.
  • The “14 Days to a Sexy New Body” does requires a bit more commitment on your part but it offers a very effective exercise program that anyone can follow, but if you want to supercharge your weight loss and increase your progress 10 fold then you must combine the Diet Solution with the “14 Days to a Sexy New Body”, this approach will give you the best of both worlds.

For Exercise – 4 Stars.

I would have given it 5 stars if the exercise and fitness piece was part of the standard Diet Solution program as appose to an upgrade.

MINDSET

  • The program does a great job in preparing you physically as well as mentally to insure your success.  She gives some easy ways to keep motivated and stay on track with your meal plans and workout routine.  Even though you will feel overwhelm at first, doing the routine over time will exchange your bad habits for good ones without you even realizing it. Great Job!

For Mindset – 5 Stars.
